How to use the astrology of the month to get ahead in business
This post is a breakdown of the astrology of the month ahead with insights you can actually use to run your business. Consider it a behind-the-scenes briefing from the universe that will give you an edge on those who don’t “believe” in astrology, yet.
I’ve changed the format a bit from previous months—you’ll notice I don’t give full interpretations of every event happening in April. Instead you’ll find:
Big Moments This Month: the events that caught my eye that I think you should know about ahead of time.
Daily Events to Plan With: a list of everything else going on in the month—sans the interpretations. I encourage you to tune into the podcast to learn how to use these transits in your business. I think it will be more fun for both of us this way.
My Favorite Launch Days: a short list of days that I think would be best for launching, since that’s what many of you are looking to use this for.
April 4th/5th: Saturn & Mars Sextile Uranus in a Trine with Each Other
I’m really excited about this one, but it seems no one is talking about it because we’re so distracted by all the retrogrades and eclipses for the past month. To put this in context, Mars trines Saturn every 6-12 months, but this trine happening at almost the exact moment they are both in a sextile with Uranus is quite rare (I couldn’t find any instances of this happening in the last 10 years or the next 10 years).
Not to mention I love all three of these planets when it comes to business planning. And if you’re not familiar with aspects, trines = harmonious flow and sextiles = opportunities—so there’s something big for us to take advantage of here.
Let’s break it down:
Saturn Sextile Uranus - Exact on April 4th (we’ll feel it from March 22 - April 20)
Structure (Saturn) and innovation (Uranus) create an opportunity to do something new without losing the foundation you’ve already built. If parts of your business have felt stagnant, this transit will help you break free without a dramatic, crumbling tower moment. Change equals progress today, so lean into new ideas while staying grounded in what’s already working and you’ll find the perfect balance to bring the next iteration of your business to life.Mars Sextile Uranus - Exact on April 4th (we’ll feel it from April 1 - April 8)
Inspiration strikes when these to planets interact with one another, and taking action on an inspired idea is not only going to work out, but has the potential to change everything (in a good way). You could find a solution you didn’t see before or have a sudden rush of energy that brings back the momentum you’ve lost. If you’ve been feeling stuck, this energy supports you shaking things up—try a new strategy, take a risk, or experiment with an unconventional approach. People will be drawn to your originality, you just have to be brave enough to put yourself out there.
Mars Trine Saturn - Exact on April 5th (we’ll feel it from March 31 - April 9)
Discipline and endurance will be required to build the foundations that will lead to lasting results. The harmony between the planet of discipline and the planet of action today create an energy that will help you make real progress without burning out. Focus on the long-game. Commit to a plan or a goal that will help you build sustainable success. The bottom line is that whatever you put strategic, consistent effort into today is goingn to pay off.
Okay, now for the exciting part—bringing it all together. We have a really beautiful opportunity to do something big between April 1st and April 8th, with the most potent energy occurring on April 4th/5th.
This is a rare window where action, innovation, and structure are working together—blended with the inspiration of Pisces, groundedness of Taurus, and intuition of Cancer—giving us the perfect mix to build a launchpad for that will support us in achieving our dreams. TRUST WHERE YOU’RE LED TODAY. We’ll have help breaking free from what’s been keeping us stagnant and be offered the chance to make a major move that will allow us to build something that will last far into the future. I personally love change, so you can see why I’m obsessed with this day. If you’ve been sitting on an idea—now is the time to move on it. Do something to materialize it, even if it’s just the first step. Find a way to integrate it with the foundation you’ve already build.
In short: make a plan, then take the risk. I know change is scary, but the work you put in during this window will pay off in the long run, I promise. Expect it to lead to something so good that it literally shocks you.
April 7th: Mercury Stations Direct
Clarity returns, confusion is cleared up, and delays and miscommunications subside. Reflect on what became clear for you during this retrograde season and start moving forward in a way that integrates what you learned. It’s also safe to sign contracts and make long-term plans again—just be aware we’re still in a post-retrograde shadow until April 26, so it will take a couple weeks to feel fully back up to speed.

April 12th: Venus Stations Direct
The fog will lift around relationships, money, and what truly matters to you. After a period of recalibration and perhaps confusion around what you care about, you’ll gain a new sense of direction about things that have been feeling uncertain and be able to move forward now with that sweet, sweet post-retrograde clarity.
We will not have another Venus Retrograde until October 2026.
April 26th: Mars Opposes Pluto
This can be a volatile transit if you’re not careful. It has the potential to manifest as deep passion for a project or can stir up angry feelings from the past that erupt and effect things going on currently. I recommend avoiding client work today if you can, and instead take the time to sit with how you’re feeling and figure out what it is you really want and the best way to cooperate with others towards your goal. If you’re forcing a situation to suit your own needs without considering how you impact others, it will become glaringly obvious. Compromise will go a long way right now. We’ll feel this from the 24th - 28th.

In this gorgeous window of opportunity being presented to us by Mars, Saturn and Uranus. However, since we’re still under Venus and Mercury Retrograde, I offer this as a launch window with a caveat—that you use it to launch something that’s either 1) a beta offer to test something you’ll launch for “real” later or 2) something you’ve done before and are bringing back in a new way after thoughtful reflection and refinement. I’ll be using option 2.
April 12th
Full Moons are typically good for launching, and this full moon in Libra on the same day Venus stations direct could be a good day to launch something that involves partnership, whether partnering with clients or partnering with collaborators.
