Listen to the podcast episode: I Am a 7-Figure Founder
The other day a friend of mine asked what kind of ritual I use to manifest. To be completely honest, I’ve never stuck to any one specific ritual. Mostly I just think about what I want, speak it into the universe, and then forget about it until the manifestation comes through as a delightful surprise.
But there is one practice I find myself coming back to if I want to manifest something really big. You may have heard of it, it’s called the 369 Method.
If you’re not interested in my story and just want to learn about the method, click here.
The Last Time I Used the 369 Method I Manifested $20K
That’s not an exaggeration. But the way it came about was not exactly the way I was hoping for or expecting, and when it came through I swear I could hear the Universe giggling and saying “well, you weren’t specific so we thought we’d have fun with it”.
This was the first time I had used the method and wanted to see what it could do. It was also around the time I was planning my exit from corporate and so I had a bit of tunnel vision about wanting to build up my financial cushion as much as I could before I left. And an additional $20K on top of what I had already saved would make me feel nice and secure.
I’ll go into the specifics of the method below but for the sake of this story - I had a designated notebook and every day I would write in it, “I am so grateful that I was given $20K” (or something like that) three times when I woke up, six times on my lunch break and nine times before I went to bed. This journal followed me everywhere so I could stay consistent with the practice even if I was working in the office.
And then one day I forgot to do it. One day turned into 1 week and before you know it I lost track of the notebook and forgot that I was ever trying to make $20K appear out of thin air.
Until one day, I was sitting at my desk and received a call from my bank asking if I had just made a $750 Sam’s Club purchase with my debit card.
Obviously it wasn’t me so they blocked the charge, cancelled my card and asked if they should mail me a new one in 7-10 business days or if I would prefer to pick one up at the nearest branch at my convenience.
I don’t know about you but I use one card for pretty much everything… so 7-10 business days of not having an active card felt unrealistic to me.
On my way out the door, I told my boss what happened and she recommended that I get a credit card that I use as a debit card and just pay it off right away.
When I got to the bank, I had a wonderful conversation with the sweetest man who, like my boss, also recommended I open a credit card to help keep my checking account more secure. I instantly trusted him, and paired with my boss giving me the same advice I thought maybe it was a gentle cosmic nudge.
Ok universe, I hear you. I’ll try.
Now to give you some context, right out of college I was in an abusive relationship that left me in $10K+ of credit card debt at 22. It took me 7 years to pay off the debt and I had a lot of anxiety around opening or using a credit card ever since. I even had to explain to every boss I had why I wan’t getting approved for a company Amex - because they’re the ones I had the most debt with. Embarrassing.
Anyway, I had hope that the bad marks had finally fallen off my credit report so I was open to seeing if I would qualify for a new card.
Can you tell where this is going, yet?
He entered all my information, hit the application button and we chatted about how he would be celebrating Diwali as we waited for the approval to come back.
I was hoping for a credit limit somewhere between $2K - $5K, which would have been plenty for my regular monthly spending.
So when he said I was approved for $20K, my jaw dropped and I laughed out loud suddenly remembering all those days I spent trying to manifest that exact amount.
Ok universe, you delivered. Thank you.
Becoming a 7-Figure Founder
If you’re here, you probably already know that I’ve been working behind the scenes to birth a big, bold vision. I’ve even temporarily stopped seeing clients so that I can devote each day to creating the materials and structures to bring my vision to life while also scheduling time for plenty of rest in between.
I have a plan, a strategy, a roadmap, AI employees - but admittedly I’ve been getting so caught up in the tangible aspects that I’ve forgotten to ask the universe to help with the things that are outside of my control.
My friend asking about how I manifest was the first time I had thought of the 369 method in quite some time. I didn’t really think much of it until I opened up Instagram later that day and found myself clicking on a profile of some influencer I don’t pay much attention to. I scrolled down her grid and opened up an old reel that caught my eye and smiled as she started talking about - you guessed it - the 369 method.
Ok universe, I hear you.
So I started with the method again, this time writing:
“I am the founder of a groundbreaking 7-figure consulting firm”
Every day, 12 times a day.
And while the business hasn’t even launched yet, I’m starting to feel like I’m already running a 7-figure business. That’s the secret, you know - the feeling.
I’ve changed the way I show up, I’ve been setting better boundaries, I’ve stopped giving away free business advice or astrological insights because I am rapidly becoming a 7-figure business owner. The actual dollars my business is generating right now is irrelevant.
While i remain unattached to how this all comes to fruition, I’m excited to see how the universe comes through on this one. The ask is much bigger, so the possibilities are that much more endless.
I’ll keep you posted.
What is the 369 Method?
The 369 Method is a manifestation technique that involves writing down your desires in a specific sequence to harness the power of numerology and the law of attraction.
It was popularized by the inventor and physicist Nikola Tesla, who famously said “If you knew the magnificence of the numbers 3, 6 and 9, you would have a key to the universe.” Tesla believed these numbers held a lot of significance in the universe’s structure and energy patterns.
According to numerology, the numbers 3, 6 and 9 hold a special significance:
3 represents the connection to the universe and our creative power
6 symbolizes inner strength and harmony and
9 signifies completion and the attainment of goals
Tesla saw 3, 6 and 9 as fundamental to the creation process, representing a triad of energy that governs the universe.
Why It Works
In a nutshell, the method works by aligning your thoughts and energetic vibration with your desired outcome. Here are the keys that make it work:
Focused Intention: Writing down your intention multiple times a day helps you stay focused and clear about what you want. A lot of times, we block or delay our manifestations just because we keep changing our minds.
Numerological Power: Again, these numbers are believed to represent divine order in numerology. By using these numbers to structure your repetition, you automatically tap into a higher frequency of energy. I like to think of it as a direct phone call to the powers at be.
Repetition and Consistency: Repetition is a key principle to the law of attraction. Repetition reinforces your desire in your subconscious mind, which can’t tell the difference between what is real and what is imagination.
Emotional Alignment: As you write, you can’t help but visualize a reality in which you already have the thing and with that comes emotions. Emotions amplify the process and in my opinion, are the most powerful magic there is.
How to Use It
If you haven’t figured it out already, here’s the step by step instructions to start using this method:
Set your intention. This is important. Clearly define what it is you desire - focus on one thing at a time, and write it in present tense, as if it is already real.
Write down your statement in a notebook 3 times when you wake up, 6 times midday, and 9 times before you go to bed.
As you write, visualize your intention as if it has already come true. Feel the emotions as if you already have the thing you’re calling in. Shift from a vibration of wanting to a vibration of being.
Repeat for (at least) 21 days. Consistency is key here. Devote to this practice for at least 3 weeks and continue it for as long as you can. If after 21 days you have more clarity and want to tweak your statement, tweak your statement to bring it even closer into alignment with what it really is you desire.
And there you have it. It really is quite simple.
Let’s Talk About It
Have you already tried the 369 Method? What have you manifested with it? Is there another method you prefer? We’re on the ride together, now. Let’s talk about it.
I was tested today when I was notified that a subscription was renewed for $171 (I expected it to be about half this amount). I’ll admit, I initially hit the panic button but quickly realized there was nothing I could do… other than smile and thank the money for being there because as a 7-figure business owner $200 ain’t no thang 💅🏻
