Every month, we break down the most important cosmic shifts and translate them into insights you can actually use to run your business so that you can work smarter and time your decisions to align with the energy of the cosmos instead of getting stuck trying to work against it.
Think of this as your behind-the-scenes briefing on what’s coming up: opportunities to lean into, challenges to navigate, and moments to pause and reflect.
By continuing, you are acknowledging that astrology is does not override free will, nor does it magically make things happen or not happen for you. The choice is yours. You are in control of how you want to use the information in this post.

The Main Events: Venus Retrograde, Mercury Retrograde, Eclipse Season & Neptune in Aries
I’ve been drafting pieces of this forecast for weeks—outlining each major transit and their influences while trying to wrap my head around the sheer magnitude of it all. But every time I sit down to put the big picture into words I either get hypnotized by the curser blinking back at me or think of 10 other things that feel more urgent and rush to complete them (like cleaning the baseboards??)
But Mars stationed direct today, so I’m pushing through with his help.
I share this inner monologue with you because, whether or not you’re aware of the astrology, you’re probably already feeling the unease of what we’re facing. March is a turning point of 2025—an undeniable shift in momentum that will demand realignment, reevaluation and recalibration of the things we hoped we would have had sorted out by now.
I want to highlight, though, that none of what is happening is inherently bad—though if you’ve been with me for a while, you know I don’t label any astrological event as “bad”—there’s just a lot. And when this much energy converges at once, the only thing we can do is stop trying to control the things we’ve convinced ourselves we can control. If I had to sum up March’s strategy in one word, it would be surrender.
March will not unfold in a straight line. With two eclipses, Venus and Mercury retrograde in the same signs at the same time, and Neptune moving into Aries for the first time in over 150 years, things will move fast—and probably not in the direction you expect. This month will test your flexibility, patience and willingness to pivot as new information emerges and old structures dissolve.
With so many planets moving in Aries, the instinct to push forward is going to be strong. But moving in alignment with this month’s energy is going to require patience and restraint. It’s okay.. let out that “UGGGGGH”.. I just did.
Venus and Mercury retrograde will remind us that progress isn’t always about moving forward. Some of the most important work this month will come from revising past ideas and looking back at where you’ve been before deciding where to go next. Then as March comes to a close, Neptune enters Aries, marking the start of a new era—one that will be defined by inspired leadership, bold creative moments and purpose-driven entrepreneurship. It’s impact will unfold over years, but we’ll start to feel the first waves of change almost immediately.
Note: There’s a lot of fear mongering happening around this particular transit but let me just say—don’t panic. I’ll be sharing my take on it in a future post.
The best way to make the most of this month is to allow what’s naturally shifting in your world instead of forcing things into place. March will show you what’s ready to evolve and by the end of April, the path ahead will make much more sense.
Important dates to mark on your calendar:
March 1st: Venus Stations Retrograde
March 14th: Lunar Eclipse in Virgo
March 15th: Mercury Stations Retrograde

This post will provide an overview of these events in their respective sections, but I’ll also be sharing deep dives as we get closer to each of these dates. Subscribe if you’d like them sent straight to you inbox.
Now without further delay, let’s get into it. Read on for all the details.

New moons are the beginning of the 28-day lunar cycle and mark a time of fresh starts and new energy. The full moon is a time of culmination and harvest when you see the results of your efforts. For more about using the moon in business, check out Lunar Sales Cycles.
March 14th: Lunar Eclipse in Virgo
This is the second lunar eclipse in the Pisces/Virgo eclipse series. The first was the Pisces Lunar eclipse in September 2024, which initiated a cycle of learning how to balance our dreams with reality. That eclipse challenged us to expand our vision—this one asks us if we have the systems in place to make it happen.
The Virgo Lunar Eclipse marks a culmination point around efficiency, strategy and the structures that keep things running behind the scenes. Virgo refines—it cuts away what isn’t working and optimizes what is, so if your workflows, operating model or daily routines are out of alignment with your long-term vision or detrimental to your overall wellbeing, prepare for it to become glaringly obvious with this eclipse. What’s been inefficient, unsustainable or overly complicated will no longer be able to hold.
How to work with this energy in your business:
Take note of what breaks down, slows down, or forces you to rethink your approach. If a client ghosts you, a system fails or a project wraps up sooner than expected, see it as an invitation to reassess. This eclipse is a reality check—what needs restructuring? Where is perfectionism holding you back? Are you attempting to control every detail at the expense of your well-being? Instead of forcing outdated systems to fit into what you thought was the plan, embrace the space being created for something better. Delegate (to another person or to the universe), automate and simplify where you can. And if something isn’t working, don’t just patch it—pull it out from the root.
March 29th: Solar Eclipse in Aries
The Virgo Lunar eclipse will help us strip away inefficiencies and refine our foundation just in time for the Aries Solar Eclipse to push us into bold new territory. But in true Aries fashion, you may not get to choose what’s beginning.
This is the final eclipse in the Aries/Libra series that began two years ago, marking the close of one chapter and the dramatic start of another. Aries energy is direct, instinctive and unapologetic—this eclipse will push you to step into leadership, take risks and claim what you really want out of your life and career. If you’ve been hesitating, overanalyzing, or waiting for the “right time” to make a move, you’re going to be pushed to take that leap and figure things out as you go. Look at the house that contains Aries in your chart to see where this acceleration is happening for you.
Unlike a typical new moon, eclipse energy is erratic and unpredictable, meaning that it’s better to just let things happen then try to set specific intentions with this one. Aries will tempt you to charge ahead, but clarity will come in waves—wait until you can see the full picture before making any major launches or commitments. For now, focus on getting clear on your vision and laying the groundwork so you’re ready to act when the timing is right.
How to work with this energy in your business:
This eclipse will light a fire under you—pay attention to what excites you and feels like a clear ‘yes.’ If an unexpected leadership opportunity presents itself, don’t shy away—this is the universe’s way of nudging you to own your authority. Just be mindful of reacting too quickly—Aries thrives on instinct, but that doesn’t mean you should follow every impulse. Wait until you can strategize before making any irreversible decisions. Rather than trying to force things into place, simply be prepared to blaze the trail and explore the path that’s about to unfold. You’ve been preparing for two years—you’ve got this.
Retrogrades are when a planet appears to be moving backwards in the sky and are a time to slow down, reflect and reassess. The planet and sign involved in the retrograde will give you clues about what you’re being asked to revisit.

Ingresses are when a planet moves into a new zodiac sign. Every time a planet changes signs, there is a change in theme. Paying attention to these ingresses can help you anticipate shifts in collective energy and align your plans with these cycles.
March 3rd: Mercury Enters Aries
After weeks of being stuck in our heads during its time in Pisces, Mercury’s move into Aries ignites a new level of bold, direct and unapologetic communication. Aries doesn’t beat around the bush—it says what needs to be said and moves on. In business, this could help you pitch ideas, make decisions and say what you really mean without worrying about how people will respond—which in some cases can be a good thing, in others you may want to be careful.
However, Mercury will be stationing retrograde in a couple weeks, so it will be important to balance speed with strategy. You might feel tempted to make snap decisions, but take a beat before committing to anything irreversible. Use this energy to set goals, brainstorm, and start the conversations for what you’d like to do next, just hold off on finalizing the details until after the retrograde cycle.
March 20th: Sun Enters Aries
Aries season officially marks the beginning of the astrological new year, shifting our collective focus towards taking the lead and initiating new things into existence. If the past few months have felt sluggish or uncertain (“if”… lol), this is the energy shift that will remind you why you started in the first place and bring you back to what lights you up about your work. Your Focus for Aries Season will be out later this month.
March 27th: Venus Retrogrades into Pisces
Venus slipping back into Pisces will shift our focus back into emotional and spiritual world. Venus in Aries gave us a preview of what we want to push forward, but now we’ll have another chance to reflect and decide if it’s really where we want to go. This is the time to reconnect with your deeper purpose if you’ve been confused with all the changing energy of this month. It will help you recognize whether you’re building something that feels aligned with your soul or if you’ve been distracted chasing success in ways that don’t actually feel fulfilling to you.
More on these themes in the Venus Retrograde article.
March 29th: Mercury Retrogrades into Pisces
Mercury joins Venus back in Pisces to help us with this final round of intuitive reflection before we start moving forward, again. So let go of the logic one more time and prioritize intuition, symbolism and what your subconscious is trying to tell you. You may find yourself revising creative projects, brand messaging or old ideas that didn’t quite come to fruition the first time around. However, communication will be extra foggy right now so triple-check emails, contracts and any other important communications that can’t wait until post-retrograde.
March 30th: Neptune Enters Aries
One of the most significant astrological shifts of 2025 arrives as Neptune moves into Aries for the first time since 1862. During 14 years in Pisces, Neptune helped us heighten our intuition, learn how to surrender and dissolve the boundaries between our human and spiritual existence. Now as it enters Aries, that nebulous, idealistic energy transforms into personal conviction and a realization of what’s possible when we take action in alignment with our dreams.
In business, this marks the beginning of a new era of leadership. We had 14 years to collect inspiration from the divine and heal our inner wounds, and now we’ll be called to actively shape the future we want to create. The next several years will challenge you to prove your devotion to your dream and push past your fear to make it a reality.
This one will have its own article out later this month.
Use this section to verify optimal dates for timing specific actions in your business. I recommend leading with your intuition then using the information in this section to finalize your plans.
My favorite days this month:
March 12th for planning
March 19th for dreaming
March 22nd for connecting
March 24th for communicating
March 2nd
Good for: Taking Caution
Sun Square Jupiter: Confidence runs high—but so does the risk of overextending. It’s easy to bite off more than you can chew. While enthusiasm and big picture thinking are needed to grow your business, today calls for a reality check. Expanding too quickly or overpromising on what you can deliver will lead to unnecessary complications down the road.
Moon Void of Course >12 Hours: During Void of Course (VOC) moons, there’s a temporary lull in momentum. These are periods where initiating new projects, launching offers or making significant decisions can feel unproductive or unclear. Use today to wrap up existing projects or focus on routine tasks. If you need something to gain traction, best wait until the moon moves into a new sign.
March 5th
Good for: Strategy / Planning
Mercury Sextile Pluto: A chance to dig deeper and uncover hidden insights. This is an excellent day for behind-the-scenes business strategy, research, or negotiations that require a psychological insight. Conversations today hold weight.
March 8th
Good for: Sales / Launching**
Sun Trine Mars: Take decisive steps, make bold moves, and assert yourself as a leader in your industry. If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to work on a project, pitch an idea, or make a sales call, this energy gives you the confidence you need to take action.
**Don’t ignore the impacts of Mars post-Rx shadow, Venus Rx and the upcoming eclipses.
March 11th
Good for: Clients / Partnerships
Mercury Conjunct Venus: An ideal time for negotiations, client outreach, and strengthening relationships with collaborators. It can also be a good day to smooth out any tension you have in a personal or professional relationship—it’s a good day to rebuilt trust based on shared values.
Moon Void of Course >12 Hours: During Void of Course (VOC) moons, there’s a temporary lull in momentum. These are periods where intiating new projects, launching offers or making significant decisions can feel unproductive or unclear. Use today to wrap up existing tasks, focusing on routine work or taking a step back to reflect. If you need something to gain traction, best wait until the moon moves into a new sign.
March 12th
Good for: Strategy / Planning
Sun Conjunct Saturn: Reality sets in, today—and it’s all about the long game. This is a great day for strategic planning and reinforcing the foundation your business has been built upon. Clarify what needs to be reinforced, set boundaries and cultivate the discipline needed to bring your vision to life.
*This is the last time this conjunction will occur in Pisces until 2053... so make it count. More on this in Your Focus for Pisces Season.
March 14th
Good for: Innovation / Breakthroughs
Sun Sextile Uranus: If something has felt stagnant, today is the chance to shake things up—you’ll be rewarded for thinking outside of the box and testing out new approaches to the way you do business.
March 19th
Good for: Visioning / Creativity
Sun Conjunct Neptune: This is a day for intuition, creativity and dreaming big. Tune into your deeper vision and explore imaginative ideas, but don’t use today to make any major decisions. It’s gorgeous energy for brainstorming, creative work and spiritual reflection rather than executing details plans.
*This is the last time this conjunction will occur in Pisces in our lifetime, so take the day off to dream, create, and really make the most of it.
March 21st
Good for: Clients / Relationships
Venus Sextile Pluto: A powerful time to connect on a deeper level with clients or collaborators to foster trust and loyalty. There’s also a potential to uncover hidden financial opportunities, investments or other shared resources.
March 22nd
Good for: Clients / Relationships
Sun Conjunct Venus (Venus Cazimi): An ideal day for networking, client relationships and strengthening partnerships. Reach out, collaborate or simply reinforce your value in the marketplace. You may have a new vision for your brand today, but remember to play around with it and not finalize anything until Venus stations direct.
March 23rd
Good for: Strategy / Planning
Sun Sextile Pluto: Power and influence come into focus, making this a day for strategic moves, refining long-term goals and stepping into greater authority within your business. It’s time to assert yourself and own your expertise.
March 24th
Good for: Marketing / Communication
Sun Conjunct Mercury (Mercury Cazimi): A reprieve during Mercury retrograde, this is a day where ideas can flow freely, making it a great time to send the message you need to send during this retrograde period. You may also gain clarity about the refinements you want to make to reposition yourself or your business in the direction you want to move once Mercury stations direct.
Remember that astrology does not override free-will—nothing is set in stone. Use these insights to guide your decisions and trust that no matter what, the universe is always conspiring in your favor.
No matter what’s happening in the cosmos, may you never forget that this is your dream—and you make the path. It’s an honor to be on this ride with you.
With love,
M
I have had the same issue trying to write a post about it. WTF?!?! Omg. I feel like my brain is in a washing machine. Thanks for the helpful suggestions.
