The Luckiest Day of the Year

A peek behind what's to come

I had intended to write a post today about how it’s the luckiest day of the year, get out your journals, write down your dreams, call in abundance, etc etc. But you don’t need me to tell you that. If you’re here, it’s likely that you’re already following other astrology publications, already have your manifestation rituals and don’t need me to regurgitate it all.

However, if you’re new to astrology: the Sun (our self-expression and life force) conjoins Jupiter (our luck & abundance) today. This happens every year, and is referred to as the luckiest day of the year. This year it occurs in Taurus, encouraging us to get Taurian about what we want to call in - meaning taking the time to define it and start developing a plan to make it happen.

Anyway, instead of writing a long winded post about what you should be doing, I’m going to use this space to instead share what I’m doing. Give you a peek behind the veil into what I’m planning, the goals I’m setting, and what I’m consciously manifesting as the future for this business.

Usually we’re told to keep our goals to ourselves and our dreams close to the vest - as if they’re in danger of being stolen from us if we share them. I call bullshit… with a caveat..

If you struggle with people pleasing and your decisions are rooted in what you think other people want / need / expect from you, then you may want to protect your dreams for now. They are as sacred as they are vulnerable, so do them (and you) the service of developing your confidence and self worth first so that you can protect your them from being squashed by non-believers.

As for me, at this stage in my journey I have accepted that I am a delusional dreamer. DELUSIONAL. But I’ve also accepted that magic is real and anything is possible. And that this dream, this divine little nugget of the universe would not have chosen me to come into if I didn’t have the wisdom, the tools or the resources to birth it.

The fear I’m moving through now is simply that someone will “steal” this idea that is so, so sacred to me and close to my heart.

But this is too big, and I know better than anyone that I am not meant to do this alone. It takes a village, right?

So here it is

10th House is a new age consulting firm that will become known to spiritual entrepreneurs as what McKinsey is corporations.

The interesting part is that when I was in corporate I worked with McKinsey consultants and for a moment, it was my aspiration to become one.

The piece that was missing was the belief that I would be able to carve out my own path and do it my way.

The Future of 10th House

While it’s just me right now, 10th House will become a global community. Partnering (even employing) talented soul-centered professionals who share our vision, mission and values of paving the way to a better world by helping shift wealth into the hands of spiritual entrepreneurs who will use it to do awaken the collective, raise the vibration and do good.

We will be known for initiating a new age of business.

We will have so much capital that we’ll donate to causes we believe in and angel invest to help others get their businesses off the ground. Our operating strategy will be based on the laws of the universe and we’ll shape a future where success is measured not by how much revenue is generated but by the positive impact we have on the planet and all who inhabit it.

I’m getting teary eyed as I write this out so I know I’m on the right track.

Our First Steps

10th House officially launches with the Summer Solstice on June 21st. With it will come a new website, a new podcast season, new services, a new community, and a new digital product library. Here’s a sneak peek of the details:

• A New Website: This will be our central hub, pointing you to all other elements of the business. Here is where you’ll be able to book services, access the library, find podcast episodes and read client case studies.

• A New Podcast Season: Soon after this lucky day, Jupiter moves into Gemini (which conveniently marks the beginning of a Jupiter return for me). Gemini is always in search of information and eager to learn a little about a lot of things. Therefore, the intention of Season 3 will be to educate you. To empower you to start applying astrology to your business in a very real way.

• A New Service Suite: I’ve designed our new service model to operate as a consulting firm. We’ll have a few packages, but will also offer an a la cart style menu and respond to most inquiries with custom proposals that are developed to meet your unique needs and budget. We never felt aligned with the high-ticket-signature-program model, anyway.

• A New Community. Hosted right here on Substack! While this free tier will serve as my newsletter, I’ll be adding a paid tier (low ticket) where I’ll be teaching astrology, facilitating conversations, giving feedback and advice, and even doing raffles for free 1x1 sessions with me.

• A New Digital Library. I started talking about a Library in January / February this year but it wasn’t ready to be born until now. This library will be filled with low-ticket digital guides, templates and workbooks to again, help you apply astrology to your business in a very real, practical way. This will be perfect if you’re someone who prefers to take the information and run with it instead of investing in 1x1 services. With any luck, there will be quite a few books to choose from by the time the doors open next month.

Our Future Organizational Model

In the near future is a collaborative business model that will leverage a network of healers, coaches and service providers to offer holistic support to our clients. It is designed to provide personalized, multi-faceted solutions while maintaining a lean and flexible structure.

And there you have it. My cards are on the table. Allowing this business to expand this way has been a dream come true. It’s been the vision for a while, I just couldn’t see how it would all come together. But I’ve since learned to believe in impossible things and have removed layers of doubt, in turn expanding my perception of what I’m / we’re capable of. This is just the beginning.
