Surely there was a good bit of control that I was clinging onto recently, a way I saw things playing out, tension continuing to build. I kept feeling pressure mounting within myself.
I spoke to my inner child this morning while on my yoga mat and I cried more than I have in so long. A release that I knew was needed somehow, some way, but didn’t know how it would show up. Until this morning.
Your emotions are so powerful. Learning to surrender is a rite of passage, and a lesson that I think will continue to play out as we evolve. I'd love to say that I've released all control, but there's a reason my family repeats the message to me so often. I am grateful for your sharing, and excited for what comes through on the other side of this for you.

How beautiful - I cry daily. It's become the signal that my family is nearby. As if they're fascinated by playing with human emotion.
